Information
Need to contact Veracode technical support team? No problem! First, make sure to login (or register) for the Veracode Community. Once you've logged into the Community, you can find the support portal in two places:


From the Top Navigation

  • Click on Help from the top navigation
  • Select Contact Support

From your User Profile Menu

  • Click on your user avatar on the top right
  • Select Contact Support
On the Contact Support portal, fill out the case form, hit Submit

Note: Case submission is available only to authenticated Veracode customers. If you're a customer and do not have access to this feature, please DM @Shuning, Community Manager (select Messages from the same user profile menu)
