What is a consultation call?
Consultation calls provide you the opportunity to get assistance with configuring and running a scan or with interpreting the findings in your application. There are two topics the consultants can help you with:
- Scan configuration calls — where our consultants will answer specific questions you have about your scan configuration or walk you through the best practices for setting up your scan.
- Scan results calls — where our consultants will help you understand the significance of the findings and provide guidance on remediation and mitigation.
Who is helping me on a consultation call?
Veracode's Application Security Consultants.They are all former developers who have been in your shoes and have experience in developing applications and working through challenging remediation.
How do I schedule a consultation call?
There are two ways you can schedule a call, depending on what works with you best:
- On the Veracode Platform —Click on the "Schedule a Consultation" button on the Veracode Platform (Learn More)
- In the Veracode Community — Click on your user favicon, select"Contact Support" from the drop-down list. In the case, don't forget to include:
- the name of the app
- three available dates & times (inc.time zone)
- the list of attendees.
