API Credentials menu not available when first signing into the Veracode Platform
A common cause of questions for first time users of Veracode products is the process for creating Veracode API credentials, which is documented here: https://docs.veracode.com/r/c_api_credentials3
Some first-time users signing into the Veracode platform won't see the API Credentials menu item after they sign in for the first time. If you don't see the API Credentials menu item after logging into the platform for the first time, try refreshing your browser window. If that doesn't work, you may need to log out of the Veracode platform and log back in again.
