What does "The following modules were not selected for a full scan" mean in the PDF report for the scan?

Essentially what it is saying is that these modules were not selected for a full scan because they are dependencies of a top-level module, or they are themselves top-level modules but were not selected for scanning. If they are dependencies, the modules listed will be scanned as they are called by the top-level module and will not be fully scanned. If users want to scan those dependencies as top-level modules, they can click on the Show Dependencies button on the prescan page. This option will enable those dependencies for module selection.
