Why veracode still detects a bug in the above two lines?
Please help out! have been searching fix for 2-3 days..

I am not familiar with "SecurityUtils.htmlEscape" I would recommend reviewing our supported cleansing functions at https://help.veracode.com/reader/4EKhlLSMHm5jC8P8j3XccQ/IiF_rOE79ANbwnZwreSPGA and using an appropriate cleansing method such as URLEncoder.encode.
