What is the purpose of vulnerability check in and check out? I just saw that there is an option to check in and check out the reported vulnerabilities in triage flaws.

We use the check-in/out mechanism to block other users from taking out actions on a flaw whilst it is being worked on by another user. This is to prevent action collisions and to ensure a clear audit trail of actions taken on a per-flaw basis.
