No, Veracode's product offering is not subject to International Traffic in Arms Regulations.

A clarification: Some of our products contain ITAR-controlled information. This means that we can't share this source code with non-US persons, for example. "Sharing" here applies to all stages of handling of the source code from the upload mechanism to access on the server it's uploaded to.

Veracode is an internationally based company with offices outside the US in London, UK, Prague, Czech Republic, and Singapore, which employ non US citizens. Veracode’s US based operations do employ non US citizens who have the appropriate work visas. In addition, Veracode utilizes subcontractors with staff who reside outside the United States.
