Why does static scan not starts immediately after upload when using DevOps Veracode Upload and Scan
I have configured an application and a sandbox name and the advanced command '-include'. The task uploads all the files from the 'filepath' property, starts and completes the pre-scan. But it does not start the scan, just sends me an email, that the scan is ready to start.
What I'm missing?

Some additional information. On the Veracode Platform, the Sandbox' Scan Status is 'Module Selection Required'. However there is a module selection proposal, but it does not match the previous declared filter with the '-include' parameter.
Please give me some enlightenment.
I have the same problem, even though we supply the module selection in the API call of DevOps Upload and Scan, it still gets stuck most of the time (not always) at the Module Selection Required phase. This makes it pretty useless.
