Hello @JPatel198652 (Community Member) ,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community.
May I ask what is the advantage of having the results in an Excel format? We offer xml and pdf.
Best regards,

Thank you for the response!
Our Client wants to analyse the report in the excel file as they are finding conveniency to analyze it. Do we have any API to use in pipeline ? OR do they need to convert those Scan Results manually ?
Hi @JPatel198652 (Community Member)
Currently they will need to import the XML into Excel.
You can add this as an Idea in the Community. The more votes an Idea receives, the more likely it will be considered or prioritized for implementation.

Thank you Steven. Usually, how long will it take get response ?
I am asking this question because this is the first time I use veracode community.
Do I need to post my question everytime or I can do something else as well ?
Hi Steven,
Trying to map the data from the xml file (Sheet1, [Schema definition for the Detailed Report XML]) to the data that we extracted and loaded doesn't return the same structure, i.e. the columns we extracted are different than than the columns/fields in the xml file.
The xml file doesn't explain the objects (column names and measures/metrics in the attached sample [Veracode Detailed Report, Application Security Report].
Please share your opinion on this
Hi @JPatel198652 (Community Member) -- you may also want to look at some existing community open source projects that export the Detailed Report XML files to CSV or Excel on our Github page:
