Report saying that not all modules were scanned

This error message is informing you that you have uploaded a total of 10 selectable modules, but only selected 7 for full scan.  This does include dependencies if the dependencies had an entry point/were selectable.  You can see this in the review modules screen of the scan. To see the 3 modules you did not select, please ensure to click the "show dependencies" button to ensure you see all selectable modules.  If you cannot see this button, then it will need to be enabled in the application profile settings in order to see the dependencies.  You could also pull the prescan XML to see all the modules as well.

This does not mean the Scanner never touched the other 3 modules.  It just means that the Scanner only touched code from those last 3 modules if the code was called upon by any of the 7 main modules that were selected.
