How to create a new veracode user account, in CSTR intake?

while filling the details for new Veracode account in the last balnk it is displying " Please provide the email address of an existing user to model your permissions after: * " , we do not have any existing veracode platform user in my team. What should i do in this scenario?

Please submit the support ticket with the screenshot of the error and what organization are you working for?

Here's how you can log a case in the Community:
Navigate to the upper right corner of any page in the Community, click on your user avatar
Select Contact Support from the drop-down menu
