I need evidences about questions of Veracode Platform. This is questions that my client wants.

They are:

 

- Question 1

How can i see how many Veracode licenses i have "inside" the platform?

 

- Question 2

How can i see how many Veracode Greenlight licenses i have "inside" the platform?

 

- Question 3

Even though Veracode Platform is a SaaS platform, how can i see which version it is today?

 

- Question 4

To see if the Platform and the other services is online and 100% working is only accessing the URL https://status.veracode.com/ or i can see in another way?

 

- Question 5

I need to worry about Veracode Platforma and other services to run some patches, if it is out of date?

    Hi @to846779 (Community Member)​ - great questions! Here is the feedback from @Monika S., Veracode Support (Veracode, Inc.)​ :

     

    Questions 1) and 2)

    You can generate and download Data Export Report.

    1. Go to Analytics > Reports > Data Exports.
    2. Click the Generate Data Export icon to refresh the data export.
    3. Note: The data extract process may take a few minutes to run. You can download an older version of the report via the download button at any time, but the report does not have the most up-to-date information until you generate a new version.
    4. The value in the Last Generated column is updated when the new data export is ready.
    5. Click the download icon to download the data export.

    Question (3) and (5)

    Log on to Veracode and right click on the page and select View Page sources to see the Veracode Version.

     

    Question (4)

     https://status.veracode.com/ this is the only site.

    To be more accurate, which Report is for Question 1 and which Report is for Question 2?
