While Veracode Greenlight ( https://www.veracode.com/products/greenlight ), Veracode Software Composition Analysis ( https://www.veracode.com/products/software-composition-analysis ), Veracode Dynamic Analysis ( https://www.veracode.com/products/dynamic-analysis-dast ) are all applicable to an application composed of Microservices, I believe your question is related to Veracode Static Analysis ( https://www.veracode.com/products/binary-static-analysis-sast )?
How you compose scans in a Veracode Application Profile if the application is more of an application suite composed of many separately deployed applications typically depends on your reporting needs and your license.
If you would like to report on the entire application (or application suite) you can compile and package per our Compilation Guide ( https://help.veracode.com/reader/4EKhlLSMHm5jC8P8j3XccQ/UXI5sR0ayWfLm6ifmd4zWw ) and package each service separately in a separate zip file but upload all services to 1 scan.
If developers would like to scan their own service individually you can create a Developer Sandbox ( https://help.veracode.com/reader/zdrOx3qywJOe4bWidvJDdQ/BfG08aIb~Nm1hIDds2~ihg ) per service.
If you would like to report on the individual services you can also create a separate profile per service.
Or you can do a combination where each service has it's own profile but you also have a profile for the entire application.
I would recommend that you contact your Veracode Program Manager and discuss possible strategies with them.
