Unable to Integrate

Hi team,

We have veracode 3.5.1 installed in our JIRA environment 7.10.2 , it was integrated with the login credentials type as username/Password. As a recommendation from Veracode , now we are trying to change the login type to ID/Key , but we are unable to do this even if the credentials are correct.(Showing invalid credentials and Invalid API key).

Please assist us on this.

Can you try regenerating a new API ID/Key and configure the plugin with the new credentials and see if this resolves your issue?
