Is the Visual Studio Extension compatible with Microsoft Blend for Visual Studio Professional 2019?
installed the veracode visual studio extension in the Microsoft Blend for Visual Studio Professional 2019 confirmed the extension was installed. after restarting VS Blend the Veracode Static option is not listed.

Unfortunately, the Veracode Visual Studio extension is only supported by the base Visual Studio app, and not with Microsoft Blend, nor is any change planned in our roadmap for the coming year. Sorry for the inconvenience!
