Uploadandscan composite action fails upload

Is anyone else seeing issues using uploadandscan from version 20.3.6.1 of the VeracodeAPIWrapper for java? We've now seen where it truncates uploads and yet continues on to scan an invalid sized file.

    …I was informed by Veracode Support that the issue was in what is reported in the portal. The upload isn’t truncated but rather, the size reported relates to the scan entry and not the upload itself.
