I can't find the options wherein we can approve or reject the proposed potential false positive that was added/marked by our dev team. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your question. Users in your organization with the "Mitigation Approver" role can accept or reject the mitigations proposed by the development team. Usually this would be someone within the security team who would do this, which could explain why that role may not be available to you. I recommend you contact the security team or your administrator to enquire further.
