What is the solution for CWE 501 flaw? getting the same problem.
I just realized that I had sent an empty post, my apologies.
I decided to resolve a CWE-501 issue by using ESAPI.validator().getValidInput() to whitelist a request parameter but VeraCode does not consider this as a solution.
I would like to know why this is not recognized as a solution to CWE-501, and which solution would VeraCode accept.
