Hi, yes generally you are correct - if your application is stateless and no cookies are involved, there should be no risk for CSRF. If you're seeing CSRF-related flaws in a scan of your application and would like to dive deeper, feel free to schedule a consultation call with our Application Security Consultant (ASC) team. To schedule a call, you can:
(1) click on the "Request Consultation" button on the Veracode Platform OR
(2) go to "Contact Support" in the Community (in the dropdown list of the user icon on the top right), and include the name of the app, 3 available dates & times (inc.time zone) and the list of attendees.
