the answer depends on how much code you've uploaded for scanning and what language it is written in, but in general:
30% of *all* Veracode static scanning completes within 5 minutes,
46% of *all* Veracode Static scanning completes in 10 Minutes or less
54% of *all* Veracode Static Scanning completes within 15 minutes or less
67% of *all* Veracode Static Scanning completes within 30 minutes or less
77% of *all* Veracode Static Scanning completes within 60 minutes or less
