      Thanks for responding. When I had heard any responses I had reached out to my Veracode sales team and they open a support ticket.

  • Hi @TWatkins194111 (Community Member) ,

    I just wanted to note the procedures you took to resolve the issue you had with the certificate.

    Here the client was able to resolve the issue with the certificate by down loading the certificate with out connecting to the corporate network.

    Then followed the certificate instructions from the Veracode help center. As outlined in the URL below. https://help.veracode.com/reader/UdnGRO3X3Ih0kYj30wuZbg/40nzYdiluIrJ9uZXwfwEpA. Note that prior to setting up the Veracode SSL Cert file with one of the Web browser as described, you have to login to the Veracode Analysis Center so the GoDaddy Class 2 Certification Authority will be shown in the Certification Path as shown:

    Also followed the technical requirements from the link below.

    https://help.veracode.com/reader/Pik27SOP_AxJoGJrh7OENQ/SsU7xCSh6A1~zkD5kLwa~A

    Next they were able to follow the installation procedures of installing IDE Scan/Greenlight for Eclipse.

    If this is resolved, please select Best Answer so other Community members can take advantage of this answer.

    Thank you,

    @Steven D., Veracode Support (Veracode)
