There appears to be an issue with the https://analysiscenter.veracode.com/api/5.0/beginprescan.do API. I was using this successfully up until around noon eastern time today. Submits 2 prescans and fails.
I've been working on a script that uses the Veracode APIs to upload a file, trigger prescanning, and then get the results of the pre-scan. This had been working up until around 12pm ET today, when I found that the System is kicking off 2 prescans for the same file, and after around a minute or so it fails (exit 1) with "prescan failed for application *". Looking at the Activity Log for the scan, it appears that calling the "beginprescan.do" just one time causes the System to submit it twice. I haven't been able to work on this script since early this morning (last success ~10am ET).
