The error message shown in the Postman web test utility is, "access denied" on a specific sandbox by a (non-human) API or Service Account user. We need to determine which user the ID and Key corresponds to that is attempting to access the sandbox and verify the roles this user has does have sandbox permission as well as is in the correct team(s) to access the application that the sandbox is in. The "200 ok" return from the API call may just indicate that the API call is successful, however, it is returning an error message that the user does not have permissions to access this
