How can we know that what went wrong with that scan?
And how to resolve it?

Hi @AThapliyal864834 (Community Member) ,
I would recommend you contact our technical support team. Here's how you can log a case:
1. Navigate to the upper right corner of any page in the Community, click on your user avatar.
2. Select Contact Support from the drop-down menu.
Thank you,

The only way I know of to get help with badly behaved Dynamic scans is to contact the support team, who (in my experience) will usually escalate to the development team to have them look into it in more detail. It's unfortunate that more detailed error logs are not made available in this service as many of the things a user could diagnose themselves.
The scans can also take a very long time depending on the complexity of the application. I tend to start with a shorter limit to see how "far" it will get, and see if the scan reports "finished due to time limit" (or similar). Then I bump up the time period (usually doubling) once I've got things working (like when using a "crawling script").
Hi @Robert (Community Member) ,
We are actively working on providing more detailed feedback from Dynamic Analysis, but if you have any ideas on this we'd appreciate it if you could consider registering your ideas with Veracode Community Ideas at https://community.veracode.com/s/ideas .
Thank you,
Boy Baukema
