Static Analysis Scan was completed on an application, however Veracode SAST report did not have results. Trying to understand the issues and how to resolve this. Also, need to know if it's a change in security policy that will need to occur.

May I suggest that you open a support ticket, so they can investigate your issue. You can do this in the Community page , by clicking on the Help tab and then select Contact Support, or click on the link https://community.veracode.com/s/contact-support.
While opening the ticket, could you also please, provide the application name and scan name, plus the URL to aid the support team with their investigation.
I will monitor this ticket and post the results once resolved, to assist future Community members.

Static code analysis is almost always worth it. The issue with an existing code base is that it will probably report far too many errors to make it useful out of the box. no point in running Lint tools on that code base. Using Lint tools "right" means buying into a better process (which is a good thing).
