The wait is over! Single-sign-on (SSO) access between the Veracode Platform and the Veracode Community is now available! 

As a Veracode customer, you can authenticate into the Community with your Veracode Platform account and benefit from the resources, content, and support features the community has to offer.

➡️ I’m a customer, why do I need to log into the community? 

Authenticated customer community members have access to features and content exclusive to customers, including Support Portal, Product Ideas, and quarterly roadmap webinars.  

➡️ I’m a customer, how can I log into the community through the Veracode Platform?

➡️ Can I use my Veracode Platform credentials on the Community login page? 

No, not at this point. That said, on the community login page, you can follow the prompt to visit the Platform, enter your Platform credentials and be redirected back to the community.  

➡️ I’m an existing customer community member, what happens to my existing community account? 

If you’ve self-registered for the community already, you can either log in to the community via SSO, or use your current community credentials, if you prefer.
