Has anybody got this error while uploading a file to a Sandbox (From a 'Jenkins' build pipeline) ? :

Has anybody got this error (while uploading a file to a Sandbox (From a 'Jenkins' build pipeline) ? :

What does this means ?
The error message does not provides a root cause for the problem !
Any help will be greatly appreciated !

This typically appears when there is already a scan in incomplete state.

@Prem (Community Member) is correct. I would love to know if anyone has a solution for checking if a scan is in progress.
