• Hello @FLimburg837285 (Community Member) ,

Once a scan has begun, there is not a way to change the module or the entry point until it has completed.

Can it be changed (of course excluded) after the scan has been finished?

As in the scanner did scan something it should not have.

    • The modules and the entry points can be changed once the scan has completed and then run the scan again. Can you be more specific in what you mean by the scan did something it should not have?

There is a very high (not 100%) chance that the scanner will scan modules that have not been selected as entry point, happens on rescan too.

Also, the scan takes quite some time to finish, so a rescan is not the optimal solution.

Veracode scans dependencies resulting from scanning the selected top-level modules that depend on them. If code within your dependencies is being scanned, that is because the code within your selected modules is utilizing it.

you won't be able to change the scan status while is is in-progress, once the scan is completed you can modify the module selection and submit the same set of libraries for scan. Hope this helps.
