To analyze ASP.NET applications, Veracode requires you to supply all the forms the application uses and all the dependencies in the compiled form, which are the .dll, .exe, and .pdb files. We require them to be "precompiled" before submission, so please take a look at the Help Center Article Packaging ASP.NET Web Applications.

As you said it is static analysis but for Visual Studio 2019 I have added Greenlight extension. It is scanning .cs files but not .cshtml files.
I want to notify Veracode issues on Visual Studio before uploading Veracode portal for scanning.
Please let me know the process.

Greenlight for Visual Studio can only scan files of these types as indicated in this Help Center Article About Greenlight for Visual Studio Technical Requirements:
