I want to improvise the security of webhooks so that, no HTTP request is allowed. This can help in prevention of SSRF.
I have implemented check for https in url validation in python.

If your application allows users to submit webhooks that you then call, this could be vulnerable to Server-Side Request Forgery, for example:
In general, if possible, we would recommend using hardcoded URLs, this will automatically close the flaw.
