Veracode green light is reporting error when doing either auto or manual scan
I had 2 copies of VS2019 running. One works, the other reports an error.
In output log window in the failing instance of VS2019, I'm getting the following for every auto scan.
error - Veracode scan failed : Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
If I do manual scan, it pops up a massage box saying the same thing.
When I restarted VS2019, the error went away.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community.
If this is still an issue after you restarted VS2019. I would suggest opening a support ticket by clicking on 'Contact Support' on the top right side of the screen to troubleshoot. They will need the Greenlight log to review. The sets to follow would be below.
1) Open the Output window (if it's not opened yet) doing on View Output.
2) On "Show Output from:" select Veracode Greenlight.
3) Click inside the log panel, do Ctrl + A to select all, Ctrl + C to copy the content and paste in a .txt file.
