We've seen the same in our scans, at around the same time.
As far as I can tell nothing has changed, and it has affected entirely different products that have different code base and their own scripts for packaging uploads so it certainly feels like something in the platform has changed.
I've submitted a support ticket to try and find out more but if you find any clues it would be good to hear about them
