Why Veracode is showing scan status Completed - Verifications Failed with SIte not reachable?

I have triggered Veracode Dynamic Analysis which is configured as prescan mode. The gateway is ready and I have added and installed the endpoint to my target server properly. However, the prescan is failing with a message like : Completed - Verifications Failed as the site not reachable. I am new to this tool and need help on this

    What you described could be a bug, so I would recommend you contact our technical support team. Here's how you can log a case:

     

    1. Navigate to the upper right corner of any page in the Community, click on your user avatar.
    2. Select Contact Support from the drop-down menu.
