I'm receiving error when attempting to upload a JAR,WAR and Zip file. The error message is very vague, it says unknown error. File size is just 3MB

Can you confirm what product you are uploading the file to when you receive the error message? Please ensure that you have reviewed the Quick Reference for Packaging Requirements Help Center article as well as the Help Center article Upload a Packaged Application.
If you can take a screenshot of the error, that also can help determine what is causing the issue as well.

Can you confirm that you are using Static Analysis when uploading the JAR file? Also if you can take a screenshot of the error, that would help better determine what the issue is.

The error message is very vague and generic. I would open a support ticket to have our Technical Support team investigate it. When you open a ticket, please send a link to the static scan, allowing them to find and view the error easier.
