Findings REST API - Frequently receiving 504 error for "SCA filter"

I have integrated Findings REST API and able to get Static & Dynamic analysis data using 

 https://api.veracode.com/appsec/v2/applications/{app_id}/findings

 

However, when I try the same url with SCA filter (like https://api.veracode.com/appsec/v2/applications/{app_id}/findings?scan_type=SCA), it throws 504 error sometimes. even tried to restrict the data using "size=10" filter, no luck!

 

is there anyway to solve this?

    With this type of error, it is better to open a ticket with support in order for them to troubleshoot the issue.

     

    To log a case with our technical support team:

    1. Navigate to the upper right corner of any page in the Community, click on your user avatar.
