Why does the file to Veracode Scan get size reduced when uploaded with Veracode Scan Jenkins plugin?
Hi all,
Context: Jenkins pipeline responsible for build the iOS app and generate the .BCA file and after archive the file, using the Veracode Scan plugin (version 20.9.11.0 - https://plugins.jenkins.io/veracode-scan/)
Firstly, looking to the Jenkins archived file, the BCA file size is ˜102 MB and looking to the scan information the size has only ˜46 MB.
- Is that expected behavior? Should I need to make a different configuration in the plugin?
Secondly, when new modules/dependencies are added to the BCA, they are not added automatically to the scan. I need to make a manual scan without pre-scanning and then select the newly modules.
- The plugin has the inclusion configuration as: uploadIncludesPattern: '**/**.*' . Should all the modules listed to be included instead of using **/**.* pattern?
