From time to time API call to summary_report, I got return code 500, 503 or 504

We do this call in Jenkins after Veracode Jenkins Scan job completes,

Failed in API call to https://api.veracode.com/appsec/v2/applications/***4c6-38******/summary_report. Got return code 504.

Build step 'Execute shell' changed build result to UNSTABLE

Finished: UNSTABLE

We have seen these error codes before, especially with code 504, so I would advise opening a ticket with our support team to investigate this issue with you. To log a case:

Navigate to the upper right corner of any page in the Community, click on your user avatar.
