My Crawl Script is failing each time in pre-scan on the first step following the URL being loaded. Any ideas how i can understand the issue. It is working when running in Selenium IDE.

I get the following error for the failed command. Please note that when i change to a different step that is also failing. Just seems to be failing for another reason. Any help would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks in advance.

    To better assist in trying to locate the issue with the crawl script, I would suggest opening a support case to ensure that the script has no other problems as well.  To log a case:

     

    1. Navigate to the upper right corner of any page in the Community, and click on your user avatar.
    2. Select Contact Support from the drop-down menu.
