Thank you for reaching out to the Community.
To setup a user account on the Veracode Platform, you will need to reach out to your assigned local Administrator on the Platform. They will be able to create a new user account for you. I have attached the document below from the help center on this process.

I have the same question. Who is the assigned Administrator? Is he/she from Veracode support? How can I contact them. I am the first person in my company to try Veracode.

Typically, after users have been created on the Veracode Platform there is also a local administrator to setup additional user accounts. In your case from what you have described you are new and would like access to the platform for maybe demo purposes.
