Does anyone else have issues with SCA agent-based scans inconsistency?
In my case, I am having the following problems:
- When I access the Workspace list on SCA agent-based page, some of my Workspaces show something like 1k+ and several projects, but when I access it, I can't see the same number of projects (NO MATTER THE FILTER I USE - I heard that the problem could be the filter).
- When I link a project to an application profile, and access that project from the application profile page (SCA -> Linked Projects and click on the name of the project), it shows me a list of vulnerabilities that is much bigger than the number of vulnerabilities being shown in the left menu, besides the word Vulnerabilities.
Does anybody else facing the same issue?

When looking at the Software Composition Analysis issues found in your workspace and they are not matching the project view is because it is showing the results for the default branch for that particular workspace.
There is a Knowledgebase article that has more information on this, SCA issues found on workspace view not matching project view which is useful to review.
