I would check the Help Center article About Greenlight for Visual Studio Technical Requirements before installing the Visual Studio for your MAC to ensure that the correct one is downloaded.
In regards to where to find Visual Studio for MAC, I would suggest trying Microsoft's website Visual Studio 2019, but please keep in mind that we can't help troubleshoot downloading and installing the program to your computer.
