when I use the below payload alone it is failing due to 400 error code .. what does that source parameter mean in the response

Hi @vsankar821763 (Community Member) , it's hard to know without seeing the contents of the field, but my guess is that whatever the actual text is in the Description field is causing a validation problem. That's an optional field so try omitting it and see if the create happens successfully.
