Need a report for SCA along with which version to be considered for upgrade
I can download the SCA with details such as current library version, license, vulnerabilities however I am unable to find the version to be upgraded to remediate the vulnerabilities. Is there a way that I can download the SCA report along with the recommended version to be upgraded for each library?

There is a Help Center article Configure the Update Advisor, that I would advise reading as it outlines an update advisor that provides a safe version to which Veracode recommends you update your libraries with agent-based scanning.
