It has been a few days since my last post, asking to clarify what past due emails meant, and I wanted to confirm that you saw it.

@Jason M., Veracode Support (Veracode) - in the notification settings there is an option to send notifications for "Grace period expiring".
In the platform, when I send Past Due emails to the employees for incomplete courses, the system sends the same email for each course SEVEN times.
