We test manually using Veracode but we came to a situation that takes very long to do testing on all application. To automate Veracode static scan, any best practices, templates, framework recommendation?

As far as best practices, you should implement a policy that requires teams to automate scans, scan at least once every 30 days (I would recommend a weekly automated scan), enforce grace periods for remediating findings by severity, and, build a compliance dashboard in analytics to view compliance status at a glance.
