Is there a free/open source version of some sort of VeraCode static analysis tools?

I'm comparing different freely available static analysis tools and this OWASP list for Source Code Analysis Tools lists Veracode as having a free/open source version in addition to the commercial one but I can't find it. So is the list just wrong or does such a thing exist?

    Veracode security labs has a free community edition. Scanning on the platform is not free.
