Greetings,

we have Jira server instance ( v8.5.8 ) running on Oracle Linux 8 using build-in Java RE (8). Trying to install Veracode Integration plug-in for Jira from Marketplace ( https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1217089/veracode-integration-for-jira?hosting=server&tab=overview ) but it is failing with error "An error occurred during installation. Refer to the logs for more information."

Our Jira instance is behind of Ngnix proxy server and for outgoing access to Internet it has to use outgoing HTTPs proxy server (based on 3proxy). Proxy configuration added to startup parameters as described in Jira documentation and we have necessary destinations allowed for the Jira . Jira server can communicate to marketplace, download files, update plug-ins, etc we have few plug-ins installed on the Jira server and updated those few times - no issues.

In /var/atlassian/application-data/jira/log/atlassian-jira.log log I can see the error shown below (full error in attached log) when trying to install Veracode plug-in. The same error happens when I am trying to install plug-in manually uploading jira-plugin-server-3.37.0-RELEASE.jar .

Any suggestions and / or hints are gladly appreciated.
