Unable To Approve Proposed Mitigation
I have been trying to Approve the Proposed mitigation set in the flaws shown in the following link:
These ones specifically:
It looks as though I'm locked out as per the icon on Flaw 6, as above. I’d be grateful if you’d help us understand why that is (is it permissions? …I already have the amin role) and help me complete the required approval to allow the work task to progress.

Please make sure you have the mitigation Approver role added to your user profile. You can follow these User roles and permissions attached.

Not seeing an attachment or image in your post, but as Steven mentioned, be sure you have mitigation approver, also, verify that the flaw is not locked for editing by someone else, and make sure you are triaging flaws on the latest scan. I've had someone send me a link to scans and could not perform any action on them because it was a previous scan.
