After creating new Sandbox and uploading source code to scan, Veracode stuck on the start of scanning and stay like this for 2+ days. In previous attempts I successfully upload and Veracode finish scan in 2-3 hours with same code.

This behavior just started, I don't change any configuration or something for scanning related.

The code I used is same I used for previous successful scan.

    If you are still experiencing this issue, I would recommend you contact our technical support team.  Please include a link to the scan in order to help the Static team look into the issue.

     

    Here's how you can log a case:

    1. Navigate to the upper right corner of any page in the Community, and click on your user avatar.
    2. Select Contact Support from the drop-down menu.
