May I suggest that you clear your browser cache and cookies, or try a different browser?
Typically, notifications are set to a user profile, but some other roles may take place.
For instance, if a user is a"Security Lead", they can review all application scan notifications. I have provided a link to the Doc Center that covers user roles.
